Simply email us at support@solefix.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and a brief note that you completed the routine. We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days for Canadian addresses and 7–14 business days for international orders.
